From the May’s Discovery Vineyard, we painstakingly fermented this wine in new French Oak Barrels, before we aged it in 100% new French oak for 22 months. The blend is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc & 5% Merlot. This wine is rich and decadent and possesses everything a Washington Cabernet should. Only 125 cases produced.
Drink 2023-2040.
